ÖZET

Saygın kurumlar genellikle müşteri odaklı hizmet sunmaktadırlar ve müşterilerinden aldıkları bildirimler üzerine yeni stratejiler oluşturarak kendilerini geliştirip değiştirmeyi hedeflerler. Fakat bu uygulama müşteriyi mağazaya çekmekte yetersiz kalmakta ve sadece o markayı bilen müşterilerin fikirlerini değerlendirmede yardımcı olmaktadır. İşte burada, vitrin tasarımı devreye girerek mevcut müşteri portföyünün yanı sıra potansiyel müşterilerin de ürünleri görmesi sağlanarak, onları deneme ve satın alma merakı uyandırıp farklı hedef kitlelerini de mağazaya içerisine çekerek daha doğru sonuçlar almaya yardımcı olur.

Vitrin tasarımı, günümüzde kendisini çok hızlı bir şekilde geliştiren, sürekli yeni trendleri takip ederek belirli periyotlarda uygulayan, bu sayede müşterileri mağaza içerisine çekerek doğru ve güvenilir bildirimlerin mağazaların veri merkezlerine girmesini sağlayan önemli bir etkendir.

Görsel mağazacılıkta gelinen boyut o kadar ileri seviyelere taşınmıştır ki, kurumsal mağazalar vitrin tasarımlarını sene içerisinde belirli dönemlere, özel günlere ve sezonlara ayırarak planlamakta ve tasarımlarını konusunda eğitim görmüş ve deneyimli kişiler tarafından müşterilerin isteği doğrultusunda yapmaktadırlar. Vitrin tasarımı, sadece ürünün değil, onu sunuş biçiminin de önemli olduğu gerçeğinin kabul edilmiş bir şeklidir. Bu sunuş biçiminde vitrinin kapladığı alan, kullanılan malzemelerin kalitesi, doğru ışık, doğru renk, temizlik unsurlarının yanı sıra Grafik Tasarım öğe ve ilkelerinin de kullanılmasının ne denli önemli bir yere sahip olduğu konusuna yer verilmiştir.

ABSTRACT

Reputable organizations often provide a customer focused service and aims to develop and change themselves by creating new strategies on the notifications they receive from their clients. But this application is not enough to attract the customer to the store, and only helps in assessing in evaluating the ideas of customers who know that brand. Here, design showcase intervened, and the existing customer portfolio, as well as by providing potential customers to see the products, try them and buy into their store to wake the curiosity and helps to get more accurate results by pulling different target groups.

Showcase design today develops itself very quickly, constantly implement by following the latest trends in a specific period, in this way, customers into the store, pulling the notifications center that allows access to accurate and reliable data stores is an important factor.

Size reached in visual merchandising has been moved to that next level of corporate stores in certain periods throughout the year to showcase their design, are planned by allocating specific days and season and by persons trained in design and are making customers upon request by experienced people. Showcase design, not only the product is a form accepted the fact that it is also important forms of presentation. The format of this presentation is the dimension of the window in the quality of materials used, the right light, the right color, the cleaning elements as well as the use of graphic design elements and principles has an important place in the topic that have been given to about.
